Ayushi Desai
( Sound Healer ) Growing up in the ever-busy city of Mumbai, where life rarely slows down. Somewhere amidst the noise, Ayushi felt a quiet pull, a longing for something deeper. In 2017, she took her first 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training, not knowing then how much it would change her life. That one decision opened a door into the world of yoga and philosophy, a world she instantly fell in love with. Her curiosity only grew. Another 200-Hour course followed, and soon after, 300-Hour training in Rishikesh. The mountains, Maa Ganga, and the spiritual hearbeat of the city kept calling her back. Over the years, she completed 700 Hours of training, each experience peeling back another layer of what yoga truly meant beyond the mat. But the journey did not stop with the movement and philosophy. Drawn to the subtler realms of healing, Ayushi found herself in the world of sound. Becoming a Sound Healer felt natural, almost like the next step her soul was waiting for - a way to touch hearts not just through breath and postures, but through vibration and stillness. She creates a space that carries the warmth of someone who has walked the path herself, sometimes with discipline, sometimes with doubt, but always with devotion. Through yoga, meditation, and sound in her class the students soften, reconnect and remember themselves. At Jeevatman Yogshala, she continues to share not just techniques, but pieces of her own journey, with honesty, humility, andΒ anΒ openΒ heart.
